  • Production times vary, but most orders are fulfilled within 2–7 business days.
  • Shipping times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or there was a printing error. Please carefully review the size chart before placing your order.

4. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a detailed description and photos of the issue. If the claim is valid, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once the printing process has started, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue with the shipping provider.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
